All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits issued by 10wincom are subject to wagering requirements published on the relevant offer page. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Terms are updated per promotion.
All transactions on 10wincom are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, processing times, and accepted methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan, Raast, Visa, Mastercard) are detailed in the Payments section of these Terms.
10wincom strictly prohibits the use of automated betting software, arbitrage strategies exploiting system errors, collusion, match-fixing, and any form of fraudulent activity. Violations will result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

Access to and use of the 10wincom Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. The Platform is operated and marketed primarily for players located in Pakistan. To open a 10wincom account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method registered in your own name. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 10wincom Platform. The registration or operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 10wincom will close all duplicate accounts, withhold any associated balances, and may report such conduct to relevant authorities.
KYC Verification: 10wincom operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All accounts must complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Accepted documents include Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence alongside proof of payment method ownership.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 10wincom account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 10wincom will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.
Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 10wincom customer support immediately via the live chat facility available on the Platform.
All 10wincom accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Funds deposited in alternative currencies will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 10wincom will not be liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 10wincom reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from any available balance. Where the available balance is zero, no fee will be applied. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
10wincom currently accepts the following payment methods for PKR deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Raast Instant Payment, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Withdrawal Policy: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. The withdrawable balance is clearly displayed in your account cashier at all times.
10wincom operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We are required to monitor transactions for suspicious activity and to report such activity where legally obligated. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that triggers our AML monitoring systems pending investigation. Players must not use the Platform for any money-laundering, structuring, or financial crime purpose.
All sports bets placed on 10wincom are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type as published on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the specific sport rules take precedence over these general Terms. 10wincom reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any bet or market at any time, including after a bet has been accepted, in circumstances such as obvious pricing errors, incomplete events, or market integrity concerns.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to potential delay. 10wincom accepts no liability for bets placed after an event has concluded or after an event's outcome has been materially determined, even if the Platform has not yet reflected that outcome in its live data feed.
All casino games on the 10wincom Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are streamed from professionally operated studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action or Platform intervention. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game in the game information panel.
A bet is only deemed accepted when confirmed by the 10wincom system and a bet reference number is issued. Confirmation of a bet rests with 10wincom's system and not with any on-screen display that may be subject to a transmission delay or technical error. 10wincom is not responsible for bets that were not completed due to connectivity issues on the user's side.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day as displayed in the relevant market or game screen. 10wincom reserves the right to limit winnings, restrict stakes, or decline bets from any player at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for doing so.
10wincom offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible markets or games.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering on certain low-margin markets, games, or bet types may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate towards Wagering Requirement completion.
10wincom reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its sole and reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using low-risk or mathematically certain betting combinations to fulfil wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to claim bonuses; and exploiting errors in bonus terms.
One Welcome Bonus: The 10wincom welcome bonus is available exclusively to new registrations and may only be claimed once per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempting to claim it multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10wincom Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:
Zero Tolerance: 10wincom applies a zero-tolerance policy to match-fixing, fraud, and money laundering. Any evidence of such activity will be reported to the Pakistan Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU) and relevant sports integrity bodies.
All content on the 10wincom Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data compilations, and game content, is the exclusive intellectual property of 10wincom or is licensed to 10wincom by its content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 10wincom.
The 10wincom name and logo may not be used in any manner without our express written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 10wincom's intellectual property may constitute trademark infringement and will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10wincom's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 10wincom account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10wincom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services arising from your use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 10wincom's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
10wincom collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
Your personal data is used for account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. 10wincom uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers.
10wincom does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game software providers) solely to the extent required to operate the Platform and to fulfil legal obligations.
You may close your 10wincom account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (less applicable fees) will be returned to a verified payment method in your name, provided all pending wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions have been satisfied.
10wincom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent activity; AML concerns; or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of suspected fraud or AML violations, balances may be withheld pending investigation.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall so survive, including intellectual property provisions, the limitation of liability, and any obligations relating to outstanding financial disputes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to the jurisdiction in which 10wincom holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between you and 10wincom, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process set out in 10wincom's licence conditions. You and 10wincom agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing territory.
Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceedings, please contact 10wincom support via live chat with full details of your complaint. The majority of disputes are resolved within 48 hours through our internal resolution process.
10wincom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 10wincom will provide registered players with at least fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, communicated via the registered email address or via an in-Platform notification. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations) may be made immediately and without notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
